Broken cleaning machine? We can fix it.If anything goes wrong with your machine we will endeavour to send one of our experienced engineers within 24 hours of your request.
Where possible we will diagnose and fix the problem on site. If not we will take the machine to our workshop and deliver it back to you within an agreed time frame. We can also provide a loan machine for the duration of the repair.
NCM offer a service agreement with every machine sold or hired giving you complete peace of mind and cutting down on costly emergency repairs. We will service your machine on a mutually agreed basis to help keep your cleaning machine in perfect working order. We can also extend this agreement to cover consumables, batteries and chargers.
We supply and stock brushes, squeegee blades, cleaning chemicals and detergents together with a vast array of spare parts for most major brands including Challenger, Comac, Factory Cat, Fimap, Gansow, Hako, Isal, Johnson Diversey, Karcher, Lincoln, Nilfisk, RCM, Taski, Tennant, Walter Broadley – Challenger and Honda/Kubota powered equipment.
